I really hope the T-mobile AT&T merger is denied by the government. Not that am not huge on government intervention but I think the case can made that this merger would be a disaster for consumers. This is how thing are now. There is Verizon, they are the biggest boy on the block. They have the best network and they just got the iPhone. That is a one two knockout out punch to AT&T. AT&T wants to cover their ass, they know the big reason why people were still sticking with them was because of the iPhone, so this is their new angle with T-Mobile. What I liked about T-mobile is that they made the big two(Verizon, and AT&T) honest about their prices. Sure T-mobile was not the best, but they did a good enough job and they would not break the bank. With T-mobile gone look for more ass raping charges for data and text. Sprint is just retarded. After the dumb nextel deal they never walked right again. I never did see why people liked nextel. I mean really what was the big deal about push to talk? I think they call that a speaker phone. Also why do you need a speaker phone anyway? Unless you are Kim Kardashian and need a speaker phone to let the film crew film you while you talk to your other slutty sister, you just don’t need a speaker phone. Anyway, Sprint will be forced into bankruptcy/buy out. This merger basically means there will only be two national cell phone companies and that is bad news for consumers.

  1. I agree about the merger. I have had the misfortune of dealing with ATT services several times. The customer service attitude is act like your problem has never before been brought up by anyone and then try to upgrade you into more services. When they promised to fix something I often had to contact them 2 or 3 more times to finally get it taken care of. We use Sprint now and they have been wonderful to work with.
